CenterPoint offers a full training program, so even if you’ve never taken a sales or customer service call before, we will teach you a valuable skill that you will be able to carry with you throughout your professional career. CenterPoint is not just focused on the bottom line. We are focused on providing you with the support you need to succeed with ongoing weekly training at CenterPoint Academy. We are also focused on meeting with you one-on-one weekly to provide immediate feedback on how you are performing and what areas you might improve upon.

Unlike many other teleservices companies, CenterPoint does not start you at minimum wage plus commissions. We believe in starting you out with a higher than average base salary and adding commissions as incentive for good performance.

In addition to an hourly rate plus commissions, CenterPoint offers our full time employees a full benefits program including two different options for health insurance after 90 days, dental insurance after 90 days, life insurance, and supplemental insurances such as accident coverage, disability coverage and additional life insurance. After one year we also offer our full time employees a paid time off program.

CenterPoint Teleservices is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Inbound Sales Agents	Full & Part Time (weekends required)
Customer Service Agents	Full Time (Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm)

Our hiring process begins once you drop off your application. We review applications on a rolling basis and those who we feel are qualified will receive a call back for an interview. During the interview process, you will be tested on your typing skills, reading comprehension, and finally have a one-on-one interview with Human Resources and a member of the sales management team. Once interviews are complete for that round of hiring, we will schedule the final candidates for training.
